STACEY'S STORY

With an early career beginning in voice-overs, I quickly realized every word matters. How we deliver words is the difference between being heard and being remembered. I learned consistency is key to earning trust and credibility. My career required I show up and deliver the same way, every time. Then I wondered,

For the next few years, I worked with Fortune 500 leaders to improve their motivation, customer service, and leadership skills, only to discover that most leaders are good communicators; few are influential.

It was then I knew awareness was key. I have since dedicated 20 years to raising awareness among leaders worldwide. Too often, leaders stop short of reaching their maximum professional and organizational success because they fail to recognize how others perceive them.
