The Secret to Overcoming your Resistance to Goals

It's harder to make excuses when someone else we respect is involved.  Then, establish a regular meeting held during the same time each week or month. Discuss your struggles, be honest about your setbacks, and make new goals.  You deserve to be the best you every day, but you need to own it and you need to do the work.
