1. Clear your calendar! This workshop is highly interactive. Commit to eliminating distractions and fully participate so you get the greatest developmental value.
2. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. Learning new skills and setting them in motion can make anyone feel uncomfortable. Discomfort is the key to growth and enhance your communication and influence skills. Have an open mind and be prepared to try the recommendations offered.
3. Complete your prework. You will receive an email soon that guides you through the required workshop prework. Your instructors will use your responses to create an experience relevant to your day-to-day experience.
